Pastel Poppett

This month  (Vol 18 No 11)
 "AUSTRALIAN FINE ART & DECORATIVE PAINTING"
magazine  features a step by step guide for this cute little puppy portrait. The entire picture was created with just a black, white & brown pastel pencil and a stick of white soft pastel.
